Jackwood Travel clients are assisted through the airport and with all aspects of their arrival process, from the plane to their driver. From the moment you land your personal concierge agent will be waiting at the aircraft gate to assist you.
Your Jackwood Travel experience will include:
- Being met from the aircraft gate
- Be assisted and escorted through immigration
- Baggage porters available on request at certain locations
- Luxury car (if booked) will mean the driver will be waiting in arrivals for you
Departure Services
Jackwood Travel clients are assisted through the airport and with all aspects of their departure service, from the moment you arrive at the airport until your flight is airborne. Your personal concierge agent will be waiting kerbside to assist you.
Your Jackwood Travel experience will include:
- Kerbside meet and assist directly outside the terminal
- Baggage Porters (if booked and present in your location) to collect bags and transfer to check-in
- Assisted though all check-in and security processes
- Escort to lounge and to the aircraft gate when you are ready to board
