All prices are based on a maximum 2.5 hour cover period. In the event of the service extending beyond the standard 2.5 hours an additional supplement will be charged at £45+VAT per hour or part thereof which will be collected after the service.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled flight arrival or departure time will be charged at 100% charges. Cancellations outside of 72 hours will incur an administration charge of £20 per booking.
Late bookings made within 48 hours of your scheduled flight arrival or departure time will be subject to a £45+VAT supplement.
Services booked for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday will be subject to a £45+VAT supplement.
Unless shown otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of UK VAT.
Prices may be subject to change and we will update you on any price increases.
Airside access and Fastrack operating hours are subject to the each airports operational restrictions.
It is sometimes necessary for an airport to amend the arrival gate of an aircraft at short notice. If this is the case we will endeavour to react to any such changes, however in the event of you flight arriving and you cannot locate your JWT representative please telephone the number detailed on your email confirmation.
It is the passenger(s) (or person booking the service) responsibility to ensure that the information supplied at the time of booking is correct. Jackwood Travel will not be responsible for incorrect information supplied at the time of booking in relation to dates, flight numbers, airlines or arrival /departure times.
It is the passenger(s) (or person booking the service) responsibility to ensure that a valid contact number is supplied. Jackwood Travel will not be responsible should an incorrect number be given.
If after booking your service with JWT any of the details change, it is the responsibility of the passenger(s) and/or person who booked the service to notify Jackwood Travel of any such changes by emailing: bookings@jackwoodtravel.com.
In the event of changes being notified between 48-24hrs hours of the flight time an administration charge of £25+VAT will apply otherwise full charges apply, any changes are subject to availability and re-confirmation at the time of the request to change.
Jackwood Travel is not responsible for passenger(s) arriving late to the airport which results in denied check in or boarding the aircraft.
Delays - (Departing the UK) In the event of your departure being delayed on the day and it takes the service beyond 2.5 hours then we will give you the option at the time for us to provide additional coverage charged at £45+VAT per hour. (Arriving into the UK) In the event your flight being delayed more than 2.5 hours then it is the responsibility of the passenger(s) and or booking agent to contact Jackwood Travel on the number noted on the confirmation supplied at the time of booking to confirm if coverage is required (charged at £45+VAT per hour or part thereof from the arrival time of the flight). If no contact is made Jackwood Travel will not provide a greeter for the new arrival time. Please note in the event of an extraordinarily long delayed flight we may not be able to cover the new arrival time.
Jackwood Travel's total liability shall not exceed the total sum paid we have charged for the booking.
Jackwood Travel shall not be held responsible for delays or denied access to and from the UK resulting from insufficient / out of date paperwork or visas. It is the travellers' responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and the necessary travel documentation.
Jackwood Travel are not responsible to advise any passengers of their COVID19 vaccination status and should check this at the time of booking their travel by the booking agent or themselves. Likewise it is the travellers responsibility to make sure they have appropriate entry documentation for their destination.
Jackwood Travel are not permitted to speak on behalf of any traveller to Border Force Officials, it is a legal requirement that they answer any questions or queries relating to their travel or visa that they are asked by Border Force / Immigration personnel.
Fast Track lanes are dependent on travel class and ticket type and not available at all airports at all times. Border Force have the right to close such lanes at any time at their discretion.
Jackwood Travel greeters are not insured to carry passenger baggage (cabin baggage included). A porter at some airports may be available to pre-book and you will be advised at the time of booking if this service is provided from your chosen airport at an extra cost.
Cancellation fees are applicable at 72 hours before the flight time, in local time not UK time zone.
All other Terms and Conditions different to the above conditions will be advised at the time of booking.
Bookings at VIP / Private Terminals are non-refundable but can be amended up to 72 hours before travel.
All bookings that are cancelled require a 30 day cancelation notice period for bookings that are long term.
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupation, or at the time of booking if sooner.
A deposit is required prior to arrival of £250 which will be released on departure once the property has been checked and providing there is no damage to pay. If the damage exceeds the deposit taken then Jackwood Travel have the right to request additional funds from the guests.
Jackwood Travel is an agent. The agent acts solely as an agent for the owners. When you make a book a booking through My Seaside Luxury, you will enter into a contract with the owner for use of their property and any services, which the owner agrees to provide or arrange for you.
You are booking accommodation only and no transport is included.
Only the number of occupants agreed at the time of the booking are eligible to stay in the property.
Keys are to be returned to where you collected them from or left in the key box for the properties that have these. In the event you lose the keys then the owner reserves the right to charge the renter for the locks to be changed.
Any breakages must be report to Jackwood Travel. Any damage you notice on arrival must be reported by 20:00hrs on the day of arrival.
All terms and conditions will be advised at the time of booking.
Jackwood Travel sometimes use carefully selected third party suppliers ie Chauffeurs, Airport Authorities, Flight Brokers and alike and the contract is between the supplier and you directly, Jackwood Travel are an agent acting on your behalf.
